The staff at the restaurant and room services are exceptional people. the units are well-designed and new-fashioned, with a view of the pagoda. - the location is great and absolutely perfect, just a short distance from Tuesday Corner.

Excellent and absolutely amazing venue, fab location really close to Yangon, Myanmar, and is therefore commendable, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast offered was satisfactory with freshly made omelette, western food, Asian options.

We loved this place! It’s so convenient being close to the park and to all the tourist spots. We could hear the temple chanting from our room, which was such a unique experience. The service was outstanding too! The room amenities were great - from the air conditioning to the tea and coffee facilities, we had everything we needed. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay here.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends - it’s that good!

The breakfasts were particularly good with additional dishes and freshly made omelette. The location was marvelous, just a pleasant stroll away from an airy temple.The distance to the airport was just 15 km.

We really enjoyed the staff and the food here - they were just excellent, and the breakfast provided a variety of very good meals. The location is conveniently just 15 km from the airport, and overall, this place deserves its 4-star rating.

The Merchant Art Boutique Hotel was well priced. the staff at the restaurant and room services were really friendly. the hotel's location was very central, within walking distance of the Shwedagon Pagoda and a short taxi ride from major attractions and markets downtown. there was a rooftop restaurant nearby.
